An indication of pricing for organisations wishing to become members of the ADAC consortium (excluding GST) for the 2009/2010 financial year is as follows:

Core membership (full access to materials, seat on the Strategic Reference Committee steering ADAC development, direct access to experienced ADAC councils and all support groups)

Small council/ utility – (up to 40,000 pop) - $3,000 joining fee, $1,000 annual fee

Medium council – (40,001 to 100,000 pop) - $10,000 joining fee, $3,000 annual fee

Large council – (100,001 +) - $15,000 joining fee, $6,000 annual fee.

Associate membership (access to materials and user fora), annual fee only

Small council - $500

Medium council - $1,000

Large council - $2,000

Pricing for other organisations will be aligned to this structure where possible, and the annual fees components are normally paid by financial year and adjusted on a pro-rata basis.  Contact IPWEAQ for further information.

The ADAC Consortium encourages any interested organisation to consider nominating for membership and the membership model will be revised annually.  It is important to note that ADAC promotes an open market model where any software supplier, consultant or other party is free to take the standard and develop tools and services to support its implementation.  As such, while we are happy to consider all options, we do not support specific products or service providers and reserve the right to decline a membership nomination where there is a risk that these principles could be compromised.
